This years Helpdesk and IT Support (HITS) Show was a fantastic success, with over 4,000 attendees over the three days of the exhibition at London Olympia, April 26-28. We were very excited to welcome so many visitors to our stand, and to launch Sostenuto 2.0 and Chameleon 2.0 at such an outstanding event.
We thoroughly enjoyed meeting up with familiar faces and getting to know new ones, and would like to take this opportunity to thank all who attended for helping to make this event such a success.
Visitors to the Sunrise stand should now be familiar with the benefits of Sostenuto ITSM 2.0 for anyone trying to overcome challenges around such things as disjointed services, disparity of IT support systems, service level management, implementing an ITIL type framework, and managing the cost and availability of services.
Sostenuto 2.0 is a fully browser-based solution for next generation IT service management. With web services integration, Sostenuto users will be able to access data from external tools run as web services, directly from the Sostenuto desktop, thus reducing IT service call times, lowering costs and increasing efficiencies.
Designed with power and flexibility in mind, Sostenuto ITSM 2.0 includes a set of pre-configured services while providing the framework for future customisation and enhancements. With Sostenuto ITSM you can manage not only ITIL disciplines such as incidents, problems and changes, but also invaluable functions such as purchasing or contracts.
The release of Chameleon 2.0, Sunrise’s self-service customer portal, as a complement to Sostenuto 2.0, will revolutionise how we interact with and think about the service management platform, taking the service management system out of the helpdesk and expanding it”s reach across and beyond the organisation. Chameleon mobile gives you real-time information on service requests, IT assets and job status without waiting for manual synchronisation.
