Our first impressions

We have thoroughly enjoyed our first week here at Sunrise, everyone has been hugely welcoming, and the support that we have received from everyone has been fantastic. The environment is very relaxed, but highly professional and very technical, which has really helped us to settle in and get over those new job nerves and look forward to what we will learn here.

What we’ve learnt

We have learnt a lot about the Sostenuto product and how it works, although we still have an awful lot to pick up!

What we are looking forward to

We are very much looking forward to getting our teeth sunk into the rest of the products, including the rest of Sostenuto itself! We are also looking forward to the challenge of speaking to customers directly over the telephone for the first time.

What we’ve been working on

So far we have gone through how to install different versions of Sostenuto onto our machines, as well as reading Sostenuto manuals, how to configure the systems etc. At the start of next week we are going to start taking and logging calls ourselves via email, so we’re excited about that…
