Success for Sunrise at HITSS 2004
This year’s Helpdesk & IT Support Show, Europe’s biggest event dedicated to helpdesk and support, was a runaway success for Sunrise. The popular event, which ran from the 27-29 April in London, attracted a record number of both visitors and exhibitors – and provided the perfect opportunity for the Sunrise team to catch up with customers and discuss latest developments.

The exhibition also marked the launch of ‘Chameleon’, our easy-to-use HTML-based interface. This innovative new product is designed to enhance an end-user’s experience of Sostenuto ITSM, and allow organisations to provide tailored access to their diverse user communities across the Internet or their Wide Area Network.

Sostenuto ITSM also headlined at this year’s HITSS: regular stand-up presentations, accompanied by a Flash movie, revealed the benefits of using Sostenuto ITSM – and demonstrated why this product is leading the way in a new generation of ITSM solutions.
