Welcome to the Sunrise Customer Awards 2016.
Sunrise are proud to work with a wide variety of organisations – many of whom are using our software in the most innovative of ways.
We would like to recognise our customers’ prowess through an award program and also to publicise how organisational benefits were achieved. From integrating with other technologies to extending the solution across multiple departments, we want to hear about your successes and achievements.
There are five award categories, and customers can submit up to five entries per organisation.
The Self-Service Award
This award will recognise the organisation that demonstrates a successful implementation of a Self-Service portal. The portal can be for the use of business customers or it can be used by employees.The portal must be ‘live’ and in use.
The Enterprise Service Management Award
This award will go to the organisation that shows how they have been able to successfully implement their Sunrise solution into additional areas of the enterprise.
The Innovation Award
This award will recognise the organisation that demonstrates how they have been able to come up with some truly innovative uses for their Sunrise Software platform.
The Best Integration Award
With REST and SOAP APIs available in the Sunrise platform, we want to reward those who have embraced these technologies and can demonstrate successful integrations with 3rd party applications.
The Best use of Dashboards and Wallboards Award
This award is all about the visual. We would like to see how our customers have produced great looking Wallboards and Dashboards that provide compelling visual data.
The deadline for submitting your entry form is Friday the 30th of September 2016 by 5pm.
The winners will be announced at the next Sunrise Customer User Group and will be awarded a personalised trophy and a certificate.
