Supporting our future Service Desk Managers - Sunrise Software

A little over a week ago I joined my colleague, David Bullivant – Business Consultant and demonstrator extraordinaire in the classroom, where we came face-to-face with the next generation of Service Desk Managers and we (well I say we, but really it was just David) showed them the power of a great Service Management solution.

It was a beautiful sunny morning when we travelled to Richmond-Upon-Thames College, one of London’s top performing higher education colleges and we got to meet with a great group of students, all studying for their OCR Level 2 IT Diploma, they all showed a huge amount of enthusiasm for not just the software, but also the potential of the software and what this could do for them in the future.

It was a fantastic experience for us to give the students a first-hand view of Service Management software and we were especially impressed by the level of questions that came up at the end – these are definitely students who are going places, they are without doubt on the ball and very insightful.

So, a huge thank you to the ladies at Richmond-Upon-Thames College for inviting us to speak to their students and for making us feel so welcome. And a huge thank you to the students for taking the time to listen to us – you were a great audience.
