“I run the Sunrise Service Desk, managing performance to provide a consistent, friendly service to our customers. No two days are the same, and every day brings with it the opportunity to learn something new or look to improve areas that will benefit our customers….is that fifty words yet?”

What was your first ever job?

“I was a barman”

What was the last film you watched?

“I think it was Spirited Away”

Literally everything – a complete mix!”
