With Sunrise software, you have access to comprehensive, easy to use reporting and information tools. Let’s start with the report builder, where you can create, run and publish reports based on your specific criteria, create new reports in a variety of formats, then export them using one of the options available and If needed, publish your report to share with others. Reports can be saved for later use. Sunrise also includes a suite of pre-built management reports which can be exported in a variety of formats or simply sent to a printer. These reports provide additional information for further analysis. The management reports include a suite of SDI accredited reports which enable each customer to set their own KPIs for specific criteria defined by the SDI. These reports show progress against targets on a monthly, 6-monthly and yearly basis.

They also cover key service desk best practice KPIs. The SDI performance reports can form part of your evidence pack which is needed if your organisation is undertaking the SDI’s accreditation process. The Sunrise wallboard allows you to view real time KPI statistics and includes a set of pre-configured KPIs and charts which can be tailored to your own statistics. With wallboard, you can display multiple charts and KPIs on a single page. Presented on a monitor within a department enabling teams to view real time information and respond accordingly. The wallboards cover all aspects of the system including core ITIL processes. The Sunrise user interface includes several configurable dashboards, which can display relevant information as soon as you log on.
