Analyst firm Butler Group gave Sostenuto a clear thumbs up in a detailed review of the software published last month.
Senior Research Analyst Rob Hailstone wrote an in-depth report on the software, which offers customers the option of phasing in ITIL with Sostenuto Foundation, or going for the big bang approach with Sostenuto ITSM.
Having reviewed the solution’s capabilities, and benefits in terms of service level management, knowledge management and self service among others, Hailstone concluded: “Butler Group believes that Sostenuto’s history as an application builder, coupled with the impressive GUI based business rules engine, offers organisations a good platform to further customise and build additional functionality on an ‘as and when required’ basis.”
“Butler Group is impressed with the solution and believes that Sostenuto is well aligned with the requirements of mid sized UK-based organisations aiming to organise and streamline IT support practices.”
