A treat in store for visitors to stand 520 of SITS!

Sunrise Software will be demonstrating the latest version of its Service Management platform on stand 520 at the Service Desk & IT Support Show (SITS) on 1st– 2nd May at Excel. 2019 marks Sunrise’s 25th anniversary by showcasing the product innovation for which the company is renowned, with extended functionality and reporting capabilities, as well as an edible treat on offer for discerning chocoholics. Sunrise has consistently delivered creative solutions to meet its clients’ business requirements since the 1990s, being one of the first vendors globally to introduce a truly browser-based Service Management platform 15 years ago.

The Enterprise platform of Sunrise extends its solutions beyond IT to easily adapt to other business services including Facilities & Operations, MSP and external Customer service desks plus Shared Service configurations and HR, which increasingly requires careful and verified auditing in the era of GDPR and employee accountability.

It is estimated that over half of all Sunrise customers over time have harnessed the easily adaptable nature of the software and extended the service desk functionality to non-IT areas.

To celebrate its 25th anniversary, Sunrise invites visitors to stand 520 to enjoy a commemorative treat – a limited edition Belgian chocolate coin. But visitors need to be quick – only 250 have been made!

Geoff Rees, Sales Director at Sunrise Software said; “The annual SITS show remains the industry landmark event and after 25 years shows no sign of relinquishing its prominence. For Sunrise, this special year represents an opportunity to demonstrate our continued commitment to the sector and to prove that an independent UK company can deliver innovative yet proven software which benefits both large and small organisations alike – as represented by our diverse client base. We look forward to welcoming all visitors to our stand over the 2 days.”
