Chessington, UK 4th February, 2005: The upcoming Sunrise Customer Conference, to be held at the Crowne Plaza Birmingham NEC, is fully booked with just over a week to go.
‘We are very pleased with the response we have received from our customers’, said Mr Tom Weston, Chairman of Sunrise Software Ltd. We’ve had to close the books. We can’t fit any more in the room.
The conference, which will include a keynote address from industry specialist Noel Bruton on the broad range of standards affecting IT Service Management teams today, will give Sunrise customers an opportunity to get up to speed on the latest issues affecting their teams and provide new Sunrise software previews, hints and tips, case studies, and a discussion panel.
Mr Weston said he is looking forward to the forum the panel will provide.
‘Simply having one speaker follow another isn’t useful in building a relationship with our customers,’ said Mr Weston. ‘Communication must be a two way street and I am pleased that we have this opportunity where customers can hear what other customers are doing and join in a discussion panel’.
The whole event is kicked off with the Sunrise U Awards, presentations highlighting outstanding achievements made by Sunrise customers.
The U Awards recognise that there is a lot of great IT service being provided by our customers. This is a way for Sunrise to reward ITSM excellence in a special way.
