Customer Service Management at its best, New launch at Service Management Europe, NEC, October 4-6
Chessington 27th September 2005 Sunrise are using this year’s SME show for the field service and customer service market to launch their eagerly anticipated new customer service management tool, Sostenuto CSM. Sunrise business consultants will be at the show demonstrating to visitors the benefits and functionality of Sostenuto CSM, and will be available to answer any questions or queries.
About Sostenuto CSM
Sostenuto CSM offers a new way of delivering customer service. It is designed for those organisations abandoning the volume obsessed, production line approach to service and replacing it with a smart, proactive function where staff are empowered to react to issues as they happen, and even pre-empt problems occurring at all.
Sostenuto CSM is fully web based, the same as Sostenuto ITSM, so that any member of staff can view information via a standard web browser. CSM also features an array of functions crucial for effective customer service management:
- Product catalogues
- Third parties
- Service levels
Once the benefits of integration between key systems are seen, the web-based architecture means it is possible to integrate Sostenuto CSM into any other systems related to customer service or to the specific needs of your business.
The internet platform also means that service centres with fluctuating staff numbers or that are divided across multiple sites will not have to get bogged down in software installation issues at each machine.
New or mobile users, including field service staff, simply need to log into Sostenuto CSM through a desktop, laptop or PDA to be able to work just as if they were in the customer service centre.
Through the use of Chameleon, the fully browser based portal that offers a lighter version of the user interface, every member of staff, field service engineer, 3rd party and customer can have a point of interaction with Sostenuto CSM.
