A message to all Sunrise customers

In view of the recent government announcements around Coronavirus (COVID-19), I wanted to share the Business Continuity procedures now implemented at Sunrise.
As you will appreciate, these are unprecedented times, and by close of Friday 20th March, all of our staff will be working from home with full access to all required systems. We believe our SaaS based systems and suppliers are very robust – many of our staff work remotely under normal circumstances – and we will do all we can to prevent any negative implications of the move to 100% remote working.
We will stay connected with our clients via telephone and email communication. Please continue to contact us if required, by telephoning support on 0208 391 4646 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. We would ask you not to visit our offices at this time.
The team at Sunrise remains committed to supporting you and I am extremely confident that the plans we are putting in place will ensure that disruption is kept to a minimum.
