Sunrise HRCM includes both SOAP and REST Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) which means you can easily integrate your HR Service Desk with other business critical software platforms, such as employee contacts.
The ability to easily integrate with external applications ensures greater collaboration between your HR Service Desk and other programmes, leveraging data that exists in both applications. Integrated applications can then automatically transmit information, provide updates to existing information, or make a request for information to be shared between them as part of a wider business process, orchestrating information across multiple systems.
