Latest release of Sunrise Service Management platform offers enhanced customisability and support for HTML5
Sunrise Software ships version 5.0 of Service Management platform
Chessington, Surrey, 04 November 2015. Sunrise Software, a leading supplier of IT service management (ITSM) solutions, is launching a new version of its Sostenuto Service Management platform which offers simplified administration and enhanced customisability. The latest browser-based version 5.0 software offers support for customers migrating to HTML5 and will enable organisations to seamlessly tailor the platform to its own requirements using the new workflow editor and screen designer capabilities.
The completely web-based Sostenuto platform, which can be accessed on all browsers, will enable greater simplification in the management of processes as organisations continue to move away from legacy browser plug-ins. Sostenuto will help businesses speed up the design customisation and implementation process so they can reap the benefits of the efficiencies afforded by the HTML5 model.
Amongst the new features within the latest version include the new screen designer capability, which provides users with the ability to easily, and in real-time, amend and customise the screen design. Via the use of drag and drop capabilities to move fields around the screen for optimum visibility of core forms, users will be able to tailor the whole interface no matter what device they are accessing the platform from.
As IT infrastructures continue to grow more complex and organisations seek solutions to support their agile IT objectives, Sostenuto 5.0 also features an enhanced workflow editor for the efficient management of business processes.
